Boondocks opened its doors over 20 years ago as a small ice cream shop, Somewhere around 1996 Boondocks was expanded to include the bar area and added beer and wine to the menu.

It wasn’t until 2001 that the real transformation began to take place.  Three business men from Pennsylvania decided to try their hand at the restaurant business.

With Lanny’s vision, John’s great cooking and Larry’s backbreaking work ethic, Boondocks Grille & Draft House, Miniature Golf & Gift Shop has become the hottest stop on the Overseas Highway.

The addition of the state-of-the-art Miniature Golf Course, remodeling of the largest Tiki in the Keys and the installation of the custom built kitchen have turned Boondocks into a must see for everyone in the Florida Keys, Hard work, reliability and integrity are the only practices we know.
